खरवस(Kharvas)...the immunity booster 


If you dont know about kharvas,then I would like to tell u about it ,Kharvas is a Indian origin food,originates in the western state of Maharashtra.you may not lots of foods which is beneficial or healthy for yourself.but it is sweet type of food, and very very beneficial, natural healthy for our immune system.


When cow or buffalo gives birth to their calf,then in some starting of days they gives dense milk,in this dense milk have various essential elements which helps to fight different diseases. So because of keeping healthy for their calfs,they give dense milk.

In this dense milk,the element 'colostrom ' are present .which is more active immunity elements ,which increases immune power in calf's body to fight different diseases. 

In the same thick milk, add the right quantity of milk to the right quantity and add jaggery/ sugar and cardamom, nutmeg mixture, and cook it the mixture and it become cold enough  thick solid when it cooled.

Kharvas is a real natural colostrom  present food,earlier in Maharashtra people gave it to childs for better immunity, because it is real immune booster that they know,
But now a days it made by using'China grass' and many other chemical ingredients,which is not healthy. 
Now in market their ar available of capsules of colostrum, if u want colostrom naturally, then I give u method to prepare it in below.


Ingredients:

1.Colostrum milk (buffalo or cow's colostrum milk) 
2.Regular milk 
    (If u have 1st or 2nd day colostrom milk,then u have to take half of the quantity of regular milk compared to colostrom milk 
      If u have 3 to 4 days colostrum milk then u have to keep these ratio in 1:1)

3. Half cup sugar or jaggery 
cardamom powder


4. Half teasspoon cardamom powder 



Method:


1) Mix the colostrum milk and regular milk together and then add sugar or jaggery is best ,in it
2) stirr it well and to mixed jaggery well in it and  sieve it for getting clear mixture. 
3) Add cardamom powder in it and mixed it well
4) take this mixture in a well cooker container 
5) heat some water in a pressure cooker  with great steam
6) and then keep that container inside this cooker for getting steam well.
7) heat it in medium for 10 to 15 minutes
8)after that get it out and cool it,
9) then put container in refrigerator for atleast 1 and half hour
